Nichola Table by Innobella
Ah… the old folding table. Hauled from dusty basements just in time for company, who hasn’t anxiously concealed these skeletons in our closets with oversized tablecloths?
As a child, I reguarly ate the the folding table end of the dining room table. It was an awkward appendage to the main event that never quite reached the height of the big table… and always marked the end of the good china. Those of us at the folding table ate in silence with our mismatched cutlery and glasses.
Seems folding tables have come a long way since then. Check out this great looking new design, Nichola from Innobella by Meco Corp. It offers the flexibility we love, but adds a big dose of comfort and style with wood and wicker in two finishes.
At 48” x 36”, the table is small enough to feel cozy for two, but with an extra table you could seat up to eight people for a dinner party. Both the table and chairs can be folded away and hauled out for an outdoor party or extra work table.
The table and chair design was a winner of a 2009 Housewares Design Award so there’s clearly no need to cover this one up… it might even merit the good china!
